1. Membership Cost and Duration
   The Hounds of Erie Alpha Dog Membership costs $59.99 (plus applicable taxes) and provides membership benefits for a duration of one (1) month from the date of payment. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms. Membership renewals are automatically renewed, unless otherwise cancelled by the member. Membership benefits are only available to paid members in good standing.
2. Free Bottle of Wine for New Members
   New members are entitled to one (1) complimentary bottle of wine, redeemable in-store or via curbside pick-up. To claim the bottle, members must pick it up during the winery’s operating hours or schedule a pick-up by contacting the winery at info@houndsoferiewinery.com. The free bottle may also be added to orders of six (6) or more bottles of wine. This benefit is limited to one per new member, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified. This offer is not available to membership renewals.
3. $60 In-Store/Online Credit
   Upon payment of the membership fee, new or renewing members receive a $60 credit applicable to in-store or online purchases of wine, hard cider, or beer only. The credit may be applied immediately to an order or emailed separately for future use within the membership month. Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expire at the end of the membership term.
4. Buy 6 Wines, Get 1 Free; Buy 12 Hard Ciders, Get 1 Free
   For every six (6) bottles of wine purchased, members earn one (1) free bottle of wine, and for every twelve (12) bottles of hard cider purchased, members earn one (1) free bottle of hard cider. This member-promotion is only applicable to in-store and curb-side pick ups.  Free bottles are subject to availability, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Complimentary Wine Tasting
   Upon payment of the membership fee, new or renewing members receive one (1) complimentary wine or hard cider tasting  for the member and up to five (5) guests. This is valid only while the member is present and must be used within the membership month. It is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
6. Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders
   Members qualify for free shipping on orders of six (6) or more bottles of wine with a total cost of $119.00 or more. To use this benefit, members must browse the wine selection on the Hounds of Erie website and email their order, including name, address, and shipping details, to info@houndsoferiewinery.com. An invoice will be emailed for payment, and the order will be shipped within one (1) week of payment confirmation, subject to applicable alcohol shipping regulations and availability.
7. VIP Event Invitation
   Active members are invited to an exclusive annual VIP event held between May and October, including a complimentary lunch and beverage. Event details and registration instructions will be emailed to members. Attendance is subject to capacity limits, and reservations may be required. This benefit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or other services.
8. 10% Discount on Non-Beverage Merchandise
   Members receive a 10% discount on all in-store non-beverage merchandise. The discount must be requested by the member and verified by Hounds of Erie staff at the time of purchase. It cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless specified.
9. 10% Discount on Event Space Rentals
   Members receive a 10% discount on rentals of Hounds of Erie Winery’s event spaces (e.g., pavilion, dog agility park, vineyard fields). Members must contact the winery to confirm availability and apply the discount prior to booking. The discount cannot be applied retroactively and is subject to availability.
10. 20% Discount on Winery Experiences and Events
    Members receive a 20% discount on winery events and experiences. Members must contact info@houndsoferiewinery.com to obtain a promotional code prior to booking. The discount cannot be applied retroactively, and no refunds will be issued for bookings made without the code.
11. 20% Discount on On-Farm Campsites and Cabins
    Members receive a 20% discount on bookings of on-farm campsites or cabins via the Airbnb platform. Members must contact info@houndsoferiewinery.com to obtain a promotional code prior to booking. The discount cannot be applied retroactively, and no refunds will be issued for bookings made without the code.
12. Preferred Access and Winemaker Signing on Pre-Release Products
    Members receive exclusive early access to purchase pre-release Hounds of Erie products before public availability. Notification will be sent via email, and members may place orders by emailing info@houndsoferiewinery.com. All pre-release orders will be personally signed and dated by the winery’s winemaker, subject to availability.
13. Priority Reservations (Campsites, Cabins, Event Spaces)
    Prior to the public release of the winery’s annual Airbnb camping and cabin season, members will be notified of availability via email. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must email info@houndsoferiewinery.com with desired dates to reserve a timeslot, subject to confirmation and availability.
14. Annual Birthday Gift
    Between April and the beginning of December, members may request one (1) free by-the-glass beverage of choice in-person at the winery, upon presenting valid identification verifying their birth date. This benefit is limited to one per member per year, non-transferable, and subject to winery operating hours. For clarity, the winery on-site retail store is closed between early December and beginning of April.
15. General Terms
    – Modification of Terms: Hounds of Erie Winery reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice to members via email or the winery website. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
    -Termination: Membership may be terminated by the winery with notice if a member violates these terms. Members may cancel by cancelling their online subscription, with no refunds for the current month.
    – Liability: Hounds of Erie Winery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership benefits or services. Benefits are provided as-is, subject to availability.
    – Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in Norfolk County, Ontario courts.
    – Membership: Members must be a minimum of 19 years of age to participate.
    – Payment Terms: Payment is completed online through the winery’s website at www.houndsoferiewinery.com
