Hand crafted in very small batches with the base of honey crisp and ambrosia apples, the Bulldog and Bee is infused with our delicious estate unpasteurized wild flower honey to fashion a wine unlike anything we’ve done before. This sparkling honeyed apple wine is unfiltered and offers floral aromas of honey, apple blossom and clover petals. The wine’s off-dry, clean, full body is complimented by a noticeable evolving flavour profile that is both smooth and crisp and exhibits a soft lingering finish.
