On the nose, notes of citrus and green apple blend seamlessly with hints of elderflower. On the palate, the wine opens up with a crisp, refreshing acidity which lingers into a subtle and dry finish.     Picked on a cold crisp September morning, our Marquette grapes were immediately crushed and pressed. The wine boasts a deep ruby colour that is accompanied by flavours of fresh raspberries and cherries. This bright, crisp, and clean wine was exposed to a primary wild-fermentation to help bring out the nature of the Marquette grapes. Through stirred contact with its lees, the resulting wine has plenty of body and mouth-feel and should be enjoyed for any special occasion or simply for something new, fun, and exciting.
